Request your Escondido Police Report by Mail

To request a copy of your police report by mail, fill out the Application for Release of Traffic/Crime Report Information form (ESPD 122), and mail it to:

After mailing in your form, a police department representative will contact you to
tell you to come to the office to provide identification and pay the $15 fee by
cash or check.

It will take the Escondido Police Department 4-10 days to process your request.
