$50,000 Rear-End Car Accident Settlement in Point Loma

In August 2025, we represented a client who was injured in a rear-end car accident in Point Loma after another driver failed to stop in time. The crash caused head, neck, and back injuries that required medical treatment and recovery time. The at-fault driver was insured by Geico, and after fully documenting the impact of the injuries, we secured a $50,000 settlement to help cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, and related losses.
