Eden N. Levinson attended college at California State University of San Marcos where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Criminology and Justice Studies and a minor in Sociology.
She then attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law where she interned at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, the Pro Bono Division of the Legal Aid Society, and the Children’s Advocacy Institute. Before graduating law school, Eden had written motions for mental health diversion programs in criminal court, advocated for her clients’ release in criminal court hearings, assisted with policy research on issues impacting children, written numerous restraining orders, and drafted answers to many unlawful detainer actions. She also received the CALI award in both European Union Law and Mental Health Law, received an honors distinction for her work in the Child Rights Policy Clinic, and studied comparative law in Paris, France.
After earning her Juris Doctor degree in May of 2024 and becoming an admitted member of the California Bar in December of 2024, Eden brought her passion for client advocacy to the Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court in Los Angeles. There, she orally advocated in daily court hearings and independently handled roughly 15-20 bench trials. Eden then practiced family law, focusing on matters of child custody and divorce.
Eden has always known she would one day join her father’s firm and is proud to be an attorney at Levinson Law Group. Eden deeply enjoys advocating for individuals who have been injured and is committed to being a steady, compassionate voice for clients during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
